Chef Marco Moronatti

Coming from a family in Livorno, Italy, and descended from a family in Taxco, Guerrero, Mexico, His family, consisting of his children Gianlucca and Sylvia, Gianella Moronatti, inspires him daily in this wonderful culinary world!
Graduate of the School of Culinary Arts in Henderson, Nevada! He also earned several certifications and awards, such as Employee of the Year at the San Diego Padres in the 2010 season and recognition at the 2011 World Series in Arlington, TX. He has 31 years of experience in the culinary industry, starting in large companies such as Clam Jumper Restaurants and The Cheesecake Factory, and serving as kitchen manager at Petco Park. He also attended two World Series baseball matches, as a chef de cuisine. He has also served as kitchen manager at various country clubs in Southern California, such as Del Mar Country Club, Naval Base in Point Loma, San Diego and Morgan Run.
